Big news from RA Tech Solutions this week — well, two bits of news, actually.
First, welcome to the new website! If you’ve been here before, you’ll notice everything looks a bit different — hopefully in a good way. I wanted a site that’s genuinely easy to use. One that shows what I can actually help with, and makes it simple to get in touch — a call, a WhatsApp message, or just a quick form. No more digging around trying to find what you need.
The second bit of news is a bit more personal: I’ve gone full-time with RA Tech Solutions.
It’s been a long time coming. I’ve been taking computers apart — and, less gracefully, putting them back together — since I was about 13. What started as a hobby slowly turned into something I couldn’t stop doing on the side of a “proper job.” Over 10 years of fixing, upgrading and troubleshooting later, I’ve finally taken the leap to do this full-time. No more squeezing repairs in around something else — just RA Tech Solutions, properly.
What does that actually mean for you? Honestly, more of the same, just better. Faster turnarounds, more availability, and the same honest approach I’ve always tried to offer — no fix no fee, no jargon. Still covering Newton Aycliffe, Darlington, Yarm, Durham and the surrounding area. Fully qualified and insured, same as always. And still doing this because I genuinely enjoy it.
